  After being quoted 1200 to render funeral services for my father, Aaron Brockington rudely spoke to my mother and refused to honor his quote. My mother spoke with Mr. Brockington on 4/14 in the morning regarding funeral services that we needed for my recently deceased father. He was kind and offered to help us with the situation for $1200 for everything (creamation and memorial service). He then spoke to the medical examiners' office and called back a different person. Mr Brockington refused to honor the 1200 and began badgering and rudely asking my mother "how much are you saving going with me, what is it 1000, 2000" etcetera. He rudely inferred accusations regarding the situation surrounding my fathers' death. His treatmeant to my mother and actions were completely out of line. They were very unprofessional and hurtful. I came home to find my mother extremely upset. This comes at a time when she is already dealing with the loss of her lifepartner. Her saddness was exacerbated by his accusatory comments and questions. I called Mr. Brockington the next day to understand his motive and explain the hurt that he has caused. He rudely stated that he will not discuss the conversation with me and that he can ask any question that he feels necessary. After saying that he has nothing further to say, he sarcastically said "thank you have a nice evening" and hung up. I hope that he will one day realize the results of his actions and that this report will someday prevent another family from going through a similar event during a similar time in their life.
